Quercus launches QWatch to bring SmartLPR camera health insights into customers’ own systems

Monitor. Analyze. Anticipate.

Quercus Technologies has launched QWatch, a new solution that gives operators and integrators direct access to health and performance information from their SmartLPR cameras through a REST API, enabling them to bring this data into their own monitoring environments.

QWatch gives customers greater visibility into the status and performance of their SmartLPR installations while allowing them to decide how that information is used. Rather than providing a predefined monitoring interface, QWatch makes the data available so customers can integrate it into their existing systems or build monitoring tools, dashboards and alerts tailored to their operational needs.

By providing continuous access to key camera information, QWatch helps operators identify changes in performance, detect potential issues and support more proactive maintenance. This can contribute to reducing downtime and improving the overall availability of SmartLPR installations.

For example, customers can use QWatch data to identify when a SmartLPR unit goes offline or when a performance indicator falls below a threshold they have defined, and use that information to trigger alerts or actions within their own monitoring environment.

"With QWatch, we want to give our customers and integration partners greater flexibility and control over how they monitor their SmartLPR installations. Every project has different operational requirements and existing systems, so rather than defining how customers should work with their data, we are giving them access to the information they need to build the monitoring experience that works best for them," says Carlos Diana, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Quercus Technologies.

QWatch is designed to support projects of different sizes and requirements, giving operators and integrators the flexibility to incorporate SmartLPR health and performance data into their own workflows, applications and monitoring systems.

QWatch is now available to Quercus Technologies customers and integration partners. For further information about QWatch, its capabilities and how to get started, contact Quercus Technologies or visit the QWatch product page.
