Why do we process your personal data?

We hereby inform you that, in the license plate detection event performed by SmartLPR Access and SC Indoor units, there are sensors connected to the information reception systems for each customer. Therefore, the license plate datum is not accessed by QUERCUS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.

In any event, the information received by our company refers to the sensor’s technical behavior, but does not include any personal data, except when our customer/collaborator sends us a set of license plate detection images from the aforementioned sensors to analyze and apply technical improvements to their operation.

How long do we keep your data?

QUERCUS TECHNOLOGIES will conserve the data sent by the customer while the relationship established between the two parties remains in force, and in general as a basis for comparisons between different image detections, and to improve the operation of the sensors.

What is the justification for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data by our organization is:

- Processing is necessary for the execution of a contract

- Legitimate interest

Which recipients will receive your data?

There is no data transfer, even for conservation purposes.

What are your rights?

You, and any other user shall be entitled to receive confirmation regarding whether in QUERCUS TECHNOLOGIES S.L. we are processing any personal data concerning you. Any interested person shall be entitled to access their personal data, as well as requesting rectification of inaccurate data, or, if applicable, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose they were collected for. Under certain circumstances, interested parties may request limitation in the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise of or defense from claims. Under certain circumstances and for reasons related with their personal situation, interested parties shall be entitled to oppose the processing of their data. QUERCUS TECHNOLOGIES S.L. shall be entitled to process the data, except for legitimate, imperious causes, or the exercise or defense from possible claims.

A copy of the petitioner’s Natl. ID card or equivalent document accrediting their identity must be attached to the request to exercise their rights.

In the event that a user feels their rights have been violated concerning the protection of their personal data, especially if they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights, they may file a claim with the competent authorities charged with control over Data Protection through their website: www.agpd.es

How did we get your data?

The personal datum that we occasionally process at QUERCUS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. is the license plate number detected by our customer, in the event that it forms part of a body of data made available to us to evaluate technical matters, that is directly related with the service that we have been asked to provide, or for the normal maintenance of fluid communication between the two parties.
