The Olympie shopping centre delivers a stress-free parking experience with per-space guidance, ANPR-based access and accurate day-to-day reporting across its three underground levels.
The Olympie shopping centre in Antibes designs everything — lighting, music, even scents — to boost its clients’ well-being. Parking had to live up to that promise: instant information on availability, swift accesses and exits and efficient guidance across three underground levels, without compromising on security, plus accurate day-to-day reports to guarantee tight management.
Quercus designed the parking guidance solution around 193 SC Indoor ID camera-based sensors — 91 covering four spaces and 102 covering two — whose customized LED lights distinguish free, occupied and special spaces at a glance, from reduced-mobility and family spaces to EV charging bays. Four SmartLPR Access ANPR cameras automate the entry and exit lanes, and nine parking displays keep rotation swift by showing clients exactly where the space they need is located. Every sensor records video when triggered by movement, keeping people and property safe.
BirdWatch, the parking management software suite, closes the loop: it identifies when a vehicle arrives, how long it stays and any event around the bay, then organizes everything into reports — heat-maps, bar charts, frequency statistics — that can be filtered by time, access or parking area. The operator gets a global vision of usage patterns for efficient management and marketing; clients get a premium, no-stress experience with a modern, elegant design.
