Quercus Technologies’ attending MSTPA Annual Spring Conference

Our North American Sales Director, Allan Witten, will be present at the MSTPA Annual Spring Conference in Lexington (Kentucky) as a speaker representing the company. The Mid-South Transportation and Parking Association is the perfect opportunity to network and learn from the leaders in the parking industry from the United States and Canada.

The conference subject is “The Best Customer Journey When Parking” and it will be about the driver’s experience from the moment he enters the parking until he goes out. Mapping the customer journey process to discover how to increase the satisfaction and benefits to the operator is one of the methods Witten will use to show the public Quercus way of providing global parking solutions.
