Quercus Technologies drives efficiency with its smart guidance system in new Amplitude Metpark facility on the Rive Droite

With the implementation of its advanced smart parking guidance system, Quercus Technologies is proud to be a part of METPARK’s 32nd parking facility, located in Bordeaux’s Rive Droite district. This collaboration is proof of Quercus’ commitment to using cutting-edge technology for enhanced user experience and operational efficiency in urban parking facilities.

A comprehensive technological solution for an optimized parking experience

The parking guidance system installed in this METPARK property features 11 LED matrix panels and 93 parking sensors. These elements are designed to offer a fluid, efficient parking experience, helping drivers find available spaces quickly, with no hassle.

The matrix LED panels provide clear, real-time information on space availability throughout the different floors and areas of the parking garage. This signposting enables drivers to make quick, accurate decisions on where to park, cutting the time they spend searching, and improving traffic flows inside the garage.

On another note, the SC Indoor sensors play a key role in the accurate detection of space occupancy and license plate recognition. These sensors are connected to a centralized system that continuously updates the status of each space, sending the information to the matrix panels, ensuring that drivers always receive the most current information available.
 

Operational optimization with real-time data

For facility operators, the system offers an analysis and management platform that facilitates accurate real-time data on parking occupancy, vehicle flow and usage trends. This information is crucial to optimize the daily operation and plan long-term strategies, enabling data-based decision-making to take the parking facility’s efficiency and profitability to the highest levels.

Quercus’s BirdWatch software system also empowers operators to identify high-demand areas, adjust the dynamic assignment of spaces and more efficiently manage the different areas of the parking garage. It all adds up to complete control for facility management.
